Definition of slewing bearing
Slewing bearing also called slewing ring bearing is a new type of mechanical component. It consists of inner and outer rings and rolling elements. The slewing bearing is a large bearing that can withstand comprehensive loads. It can withstand large axial and radial loads and overturning moments at the same time.
Material: C45, 50Mn (carbon structural steel), 42CrMo (alloy structural steel). Usually, 50Mn and 42CrMo are used.
Roller: it is made of GCr15 or GCr15SiMn steel.
Sealing: The material of the sealing ring is generally made of oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NRB). For special requirements, hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNRB) and fluorine rubber (FKM) can be selected.
