The inner and outer rings are not at the same center of rotation, resulting in misalignment.

2. Incorrect lubrication method

According to the investigation, poor lubrication is the main cause of premature damage to YRT turntable bearings. The main reasons include: the lubricant or lubricating oil is not filled in time; the lubricant or lubricating oil is not filled in the right position; the lubricant or lubricating oil is not selected properly; the lubrication method is incorrect;

Therefore, the grease for YRT turntable bearings must be selected, and the outer diameter of the bearing has a lubricating oil hole for easy filling.

3. Bearing pollution

Contamination can also cause premature damage to YRT turntable bearings. Pollution means that sand, metal shavings enter the bearing. The main reasons include: opening the bearing package prematurely before use, causing pollution; the working environment during installation is not clean, causing pollution; the working environment of the bearing is not clean, and the working medium is polluted.

Therefore, do not unpack the bearing before use; keep the installation environment clean during installation, clean the bearing to be used, and strengthen the sealing device of the bearing.

Fatigue failure of YRT turntable bearings

Fatigue failure is a common damage reason for YRT turntable bearings. Common causes of fatigue damage may be: long-term overload operation of bearings; failure to repair in a timely manner; improper maintenance; aging equipment.
